As a big fan of Daredevil: Born Again, I’m a little concerned that the second season might be pushed back. It’s a show a lot of us are really looking forward to, and delays are always disappointing!
I was so excited when Daredevil: Born Again finally hit Disney+ in March 2025! It’s basically a continuation of the old Netflix series, and it’s amazing to see Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio back as Daredevil and Kingpin. The best part? We’re already getting a second season next year, and they’ve even given the green light for a third! I can’t wait!
Why are Daredevil: Born Again fans worried that Season 2 could get delayed?
The Direct recently pointed out that Disney has removed the exact release date for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 from its press materials. Originally, the page said the season would premiere on March 4, 2026, but now it only states a 2026 release on Disney+.
Both Marvel’s website and Disney+ currently list the show’s release date as March 2026, and Marvel hasn’t officially announced any delays. Despite this, some fans are worried a delay might happen.
Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again features a large cast, including Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio, alongside Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Wilson Bethel as Bullseye, Zabryna Guevara as Sheila Rivera, Nikki M. James as Kirsten McDuffie, Genneya Walton as BB Urich, Arty Froushan as Buck Cashman, Clark Johnson as Cherry, Michael Gandolfini as Daniel Blake, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk, Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, and Matthew Lillard as Mr. Charles, among others.
Jon Bernthal won’t be reprising his role as the Punisher in the second season of Daredevil: Born Again. But fans won’t have to wait long to see him back in the Marvel Cinematic Universe! He’s set to star in his own Marvel Studios special and will also appear in the upcoming Spider-Man 4 movie.
