Taylor Frankie Paul’s season of The Bachelorette was canceled by Disney, and now her ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, is facing similar consequences. According to Variety, he’s being removed from the upcoming season of Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa, which premieres on April 16th. Hulu has also paused production on season five of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives following a police investigation into allegations of domestic violence involving both Mortensen and Paul.
Following a hint at the end of season four of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, the husbands and baby daddies of the show’s stars traveled to Lisa Vanderpump’s luxurious estate in England for a weekend getaway. There, they got into some mischief with the cast of Vanderpump Villa. The men have been surprisingly tight-lipped about the details of the trip, despite it being filmed for television. Jordan Ngatikaura, who was then dating Jessi Draper, claimed that Mortensen was involved in a four-way kiss and later had sex with one of the women. When Paul found out, he was deeply upset and confronted Mortensen, directly asking him if he enjoyed the encounter.
Mortensen is scheduled to appear on Alex Cooper’s Unwell Winter Games next week, but that could change if Cooper decides to alter her plans.
