People often don’t think of cosplayers as being prepared for serious situations, but one man is proving that assumption wrong.
On January 25th, Tuấn Dũng attended a shopping mall event dressed as the character Himmel from the series Frieren.
Okay, so things got a little crazy at the event. A stage light suddenly caught fire, which was super scary! But this guy, Dũng, was a total hero. He jumped into action immediately, way faster than the staff or anyone from the mall could even react. Seriously, he saved the day!

A video shared online by a cosplayer named Himmel shows Dũng using a fire extinguisher to put out a fire.
The video captures a cosplayer extinguishing a fire with a fire extinguisher, much to the surprise of onlookers. Afterwards, he assisted shoppers and event attendees by moving their carts to safety.

He posted on Facebook explaining that a fire started near the stage spotlights. He used his fire safety training to quickly put it out and stop it from spreading.
This highlights the importance of everyone knowing basic fire safety, so they can react effectively in an emergency.
Fans were impressed with the cosplayer’s skills as the footage spread across anime communities.
