According to TMZ, Parker’s aunt said he died on March 5th in Memphis, Tennessee, after a battle with cancer.
Parker Stevenson started his acting career with roles in popular shows like Will & Grace, where he played one of Grace’s boyfriends, Josh, and Friday the 13th Part V: A New Beginning, which helped launch his career. He also appeared in Flying Blind, a series about a college graduate and his outgoing girlfriend, played by Téa Leoni, and was part of the Love Boat revival in the late 1990s.
