Cooper Flagg, Guard, Dallas Mavericks: 86 OVR (+1)
Flagg had a strong end to January, scoring 49 points against the Charlotte Hornets. While the Mavericks haven’t had a great season, Flagg is demonstrating improvement as he gains experience. Considering he’s only 18 and has sometimes been asked to play a different position than he’s used to, he’s holding his own against more established players. However, we anticipate continued development from the number one draft pick as he matures.
Trey Murphy III, Forward, New Orleans Pelicans: 86 OVR (+2)

Victor Wembanyama is quickly becoming one of the league’s top players, and the Spurs are having a promising season. He’s currently averaging 24.3 points and over 11 rebounds per game, continuing to impress everyone. The Spurs will likely depend heavily on his performance as they strive to reach the playoffs.
