Company Of Heroes 3 Will Get New Battlegroup DLC This Month

Company of Heroes 3, the real-time strategy game from Relic Entertainment released in 2023, offered a fresh perspective on World War II by letting players command both Allied and Axis forces in the Italian and North African campaigns. This month, Relic is releasing a new DLC called Endure & Defy, which promises to change up gameplay in multiplayer and cooperative battles, as well as skirmishes against the computer.

Each of the four sides in the conflict will command its own unique military unit. Players controlling the U.S. forces will be supported by the Italian Partisans – a group of local fighters who help by disrupting enemy operations with sabotage, secret tunnels, and by fighting alongside American soldiers.

Okay, so Germany’s getting a new battlegroup in-game called ‘Last Stand,’ and it’s all about slowing down the Allies. They’re throwing in some seriously tough new vehicles like the Borgward Wanze and a Pantherturm. But it’s not just firepower – they’re also messing with our heads! Expect propaganda towers, lots of Panzerfausts being rolled out, and basically just improvised chaos to try and break our morale and hold us back.

Polish cavalry soldiers, known for their fierce determination to defeat the Nazis, will support British forces. This battle group is well-equipped, including powerful tanks called Sherman Fireflies and specialized armored vehicles.

Germany’s Africa expedition force, known as the Deutsches Afrikakorps, is receiving assistance from the German navy. This support allows the battlegroup to strongly defend its positions and improve supply lines for soldiers. The navy can deliver supplies, provide engineering expertise, and offer adaptable combat capabilities.

The ‘Endure & Defy’ Battlegroup DLC for Company of Heroes 3 launches on Steam November 27th. It normally costs $25, but will be 10% off for the first two weeks. New players can also get the main Company of Heroes 3 game at a 60% discount – bringing the price down from $60 during the same period.
