As a seasoned RPG enthusiast with a particular fondness for the Legend of Heroes series, I must admit that my heart skipped a beat upon hearing the news about Kai no Kiseki -Farewell, O Zemuria- coming to Steam in 2025. However, as someone who’s had their fair share of language learning struggles, I can’t help but feel a tad apprehensive about the lack of English support for this title.
In 2025, it’s been confirmed that “The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki -Farewell, O Zemuria-” will debut on PC via Steam, but keep in mind that, like other Clouded Leopard Entertainment’s Steam releases of Falcom games, this game won’t include English text or voiceovers.
Clouded Leopard announces that the computer version will incorporate XeSS, DLSS, and FidelityFX Super Resolution upscaling techniques, along with ultrawide and 16:10 aspect ratios (including Steam Deck compatibility), 4K resolutions, frame rates exceeding 60FPS, and mouse control.
Below you’ll find a trailer, description, and screenshots provided by Clouded Leopard Entertainment. As of now, there is no announced English version for Kai no Kiseki. However, NIS America plans to release an English version of the previous game — The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak II — on February 14, 2025.
Clouded Leopard Entertainment Inc. is thrilled to share that, starting in 2025, an updated version of Nihon Falcom, Ltd.’s acclaimed story-driven RPG “The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki -Farewell, O Zemuria-” will be made available on Steam. This is the latest addition to the popular “Kiseki” series and marks a special milestone for the franchise’s 20th anniversary. The game will feature Simplified Chinese subtitles for an enhanced player experience.
