What Does Christina Haack Now Say About Life ‘Chaos’ After Divorcing Josh Hall?
The new TV show The Flip Off, which follows Christina Haack, her husband Josh Hall, and her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae, started off with some drama. The very first episode showed Christina and Josh having an uncomfortable argument in the car that ultimately led to their split.
This all started a chain of events that led to their unexpected divorce filings in the summer of 2024, followed by over a year of very public disagreements online and in the media. The mother of three has spoken about rebuilding her life and recovering from the divorce, and when recently asked by Page Six if things were simply better now that she’d moved on, she confirmed that they were.
It seems like after really tough times, when everything feels awful, even just feeling calm or peaceful is incredibly welcome. I think going through anxiety actually helped me appreciate those calmer moments. I used to believe that constant chaos was just a normal part of life, but I’ve realized that’s not true.
Christina Haack is known for sharing her life lessons with fans, drawing from her personal experiences. She’s navigated challenges like working with both of her ex-husbands, co-parenting with Ant Anstead, and now building a new relationship with Chris Larocca. These experiences have given her valuable insights that she’s using for personal growth and as she films the second season of her show, *The Flip Off*.
When asked how she finds calm now even amid chaos, she continued:
I realized I just didn’t want to feel anxious or those negative emotions anymore, so I became really focused on changing that. I used to spend a lot of time worrying about the future and imagining a peaceful life ahead. But now that I’ve reached a calmer place, I’ve realized it’s good to just enjoy the present moment. I wasn’t searching for something *in* the future, I just wanted to feel better.
She’s prioritizing enjoying the present moment, which is something we could all benefit from. This change came about because she realized she wanted to avoid the stress that came with the hectic pace of her old life. Now, she hopes any pressure she feels will just be the exciting, lively energy she shares with Tarek and Heather while they’re filming.
