Today, The Farm 51 revealed that their Kickstarter campaign for “Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone” has successfully reached its funding goal within just 4 days of launch. Additionally, they shared that the upcoming game will offer both first and third-person camera modes during gameplay.
To honor both announcements, the studio has prepared a fresh trailer for the impending “post-apocalyptic” RPG. This highlights various elements that the team intends to alter in the upcoming sequel, including novel weapon types, battle strategies, and undoubtedly diverse camera view options.
This year, we’re expecting the launch of Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone on PC (via Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The team has shared a RPG demo trailer more recently, along with an earlier gameplay trailer, in addition to the initial announcement.
ABOUT CHERNOBYLITE 2: EXCLUSION ZONE
Exclusion Zone” is an adventure role-playing game set in a post-apocalyptic world. It features a vast, realistic open environment to explore freely, challenging battles, distinct crafting mechanics, team and base management, and a narrative that doesn’t follow a linear path. The protagonist aims to leave the ominous Exclusion Zone and return home, defying time and space boundaries while battling the sinister effects of the mysterious Chernobylite.
In this game, the narrative unfolds with you battling for your life in Earth’s deadliest location. Your role can either be a prey or a predator based on how swiftly you adapt, your versatility, and the tactics you employ while navigating the vast expanse of the Chernobyl region. By day, the Zone appears intriguing, exciting, or even beautiful; however, as night falls, sheer terror sets in, and you must confront it every evening.

In Chernobylite 2, the battle system has undergone a significant upgrade compared to its predecessor.
