However, things quickly turned difficult when Zosia revealed that Carol’s stored eggs could be used against her, forcing Carol to return to Manousos – and she brought a dangerous weapon with her. Now, everyone is wondering what Carol plans to do with this weapon, and how she can avoid becoming the very villain she’s fighting against.

In The Darwin Incident, we meet Charlie, a unique individual created from a chimpanzee and a human. He was rescued as an infant after an attack on a research facility by the Animal Liberation Alliance (ALA), and his mother was a pregnant chimpanzee. The first episode introduces Charlie as he begins school, highlighting the challenges he faces and the different groups who want to bring him onto their side.

Henry is working on bringing two more of her popular books to the big screen: Beach Read and Book Lovers. Beach Read will be directed by Yulin Kuang, who also co-wrote the screenplay for People We Meet on Vacation. For Book Lovers, Sarah Heyward, a writer from the show Girls, is writing the script, though a director hasn’t been announced yet. On January 8th, it was revealed that Kathryn Hahn, a four-time Emmy nominee, is being considered to play Mother Gothel in Disney’s upcoming live-action remake of Tangled. Donna Murphy originally voiced the character in the 2010 animated film. Mother Gothel is obsessed with staying young and uses Rapunzel’s magical hair to achieve this, manipulating others along the way.

Kate Mulgrew’s portrayal of Captain Janeway as the first female captain of a Star Trek series resonated with a generation of viewers. She truly broke ground, and now, Paramount+’s Star Trek features a new wave of female captains, including Academy Award winner Holly Hunter, who plays Captain Nahla Ake in Star Trek: Starfleet Academy.
