The upcoming story is set to be adapted into a miniseries for television. This miniseries will be penned by Isa Sánchez, known for her work on “When No One Sees Us,” and produced by Brutal Media, the Spanish partner of the BBC. This collaboration indicates the BBC’s persisting engagement with the Spanish media sector. Notably, Brutal Media has previously worked on productions such as “Bank Under Siege” and “Welcome to Eden.
In this movie, I’m following the direction of Lars von Trier, who collaborated with Eskil Vogt on the script. This is the same team behind “The Worst Person in the World” and “Oslo, August 31st”. Renate Reinsve, Stellan Skarsgård, Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas, and Elle Fanning are the stars of this film. As Trier’s sixth production, it is being distributed for sales by mk2 Films.
