The concept art, featuring Ralph Ineson’s portrayal of the character, shows his bare head and his helmet lying nearby amidst rubble. Marvel Studios has released the images, revealing the purple-clad villain’s face and how his costume extends around the sides of his head and over his ears.

After more than fifty years of telling Star Trek stories, it’s natural that not every attempt would succeed. Star Trek has famously tried out many different pilot episodes over the years, each one aiming for something new and original. As you’d expect, some of these pilots didn’t quite work out, while others became beloved and iconic parts of the series.

However, not all planned team-up movies have been made; one in particular, if completed, would have significantly changed the direction of the franchise before Marvel canceled it ten years ago.

Steve Cropper was born in Dora, Missouri, in 1941, and moved to Memphis with his family when he was nine years old. It was there he first heard Black church music. His career began with a band he formed called the Mar-Keys, named after the sign outside the future Stax Records headquarters. In 1962, he joined Booker T. & the MG’s, the house band for Stax Records. Cropper co-wrote several hit songs, including “Green Onions,” Otis Redding’s “(Sittin’ on) The Dock of the Bay,” and “Knock on Wood.” He left Stax in 1970 due to disagreements with management, as reported by Variety. Even after Cropper’s departure, the MG’s continued to perform, backing prominent artists such as Bob Dylan, John Fogerty, and Neil Young.
Disney+ is planning to release ten big shows in 2026, featuring content from popular franchises like Marvel and Star Wars. This comes after a strong 2025 lineup that included the first season of Daredevil: Born Again and the third volume of Star Wars: Visions.
