Okay, so the second season of Landman kicked off with an amazing episode, “Death and a Sunset!” They introduced some really interesting new faces, like Sam Elliott’s character, T.L., and honestly, Demi Moore as Cami Miller was fantastic – especially knowing she just got an Oscar nomination! What I really love is that the show still feels like Landman – that perfect mix of drama and humor – and it’s all shot with this gorgeous, almost golden, Western vibe that just pulls you in.

As many fans hoped, Tom Felton and Jason Isaacs recently reunited! Felton is currently performing on Broadway in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and Isaacs went to see the show. He then shared a heartwarming message for his former on-screen son on Instagram, confirming the sweet reunion.

These JRPG series aren’t perfect throughout, but each game is consistently good and worth playing. They’ve aged remarkably well, showing that some JRPG franchises manage to avoid making a single disappointing entry.

Since its release on November 12th, the movie Playdate has consistently been the most-watched film on Prime Video. Starring Kaley Ritchson and Kevin James (known from Grown Ups and The King of Queens), the action comedy follows two dads who unexpectedly team up after a group of mercenaries disrupts their quiet suburban lives. The cast also includes Sarah Chalke, Alan Tudyk, Benjamin Pajak, Banks Pierce, Hiro Kanagawa, Stephen Root, and Isla Fisher. Luke Greenfield, who directed Half Brothers and Let’s Be Cops, directed the film, based on a screenplay by Neil Goldman (Shrinking).

Sources at Deadline report that Christian Bale is in discussions to star in a new Amazon MGM and United Artists project. Leonardo DiCaprio is also being considered for a leading role, though it’s not yet known which characters either actor would play.

As a huge Harry Potter fan, I was so excited to hear Tom Felton was reprising his role as Draco Malfoy – but as an adult, with kids, in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on stage! Naturally, everyone wondered which other original cast members would come support him on Broadway, and Jason Isaacs was one of the first. He shared some fantastic photos of the two of them together on his Instagram, which I immediately checked out!

During a recent interview with Gold Derby, Hunnam described how Murphy arrived about 10 minutes late to their meeting, still deeply immersed in the character of Gein after working on him all day. Hunnam said Murphy began discussing Gein immediately, and then, after about two hours, casually asked if Hunnam would be interested in playing the role.

The new comedy-action movie, The Family Plan, launched on December 15, 2023, and is quickly becoming popular on Apple TV. It’s currently the #1 movie worldwide on the platform, and ranks as #5 in the U.S. The film was directed by Simon Cellan Jones.

Rian Johnson’s new mystery features a great cast including Kerry Washington as lawyer Vera Draven, Jeremy Renner as the town doctor, Nat Sharp, rising star Cailee Spaeny as cellist Simone Vivane, and Daryl McCormack as politician Cy Draven. You can uncover the mystery in theaters on November 26th, or when it starts streaming on Netflix on December 12th. It’s time to put on your detective hat and solve the case!
