At first, I thought this storyline was working well. I liked that Rebecca quickly addresses her feelings for Charlie – she goes to apologize for distancing herself and openly admits she likes him, which is a big step for her character. While I don’t necessarily need to see Charlie make Rebecca prove her feelings, or even Rebecca in a relationship at all, the scene is sweet. They essentially agree to try a long-distance relationship while Charlie is working on the oil rig for the next six months.

A friend of Donna Kelce says she’s a very outspoken mother who doesn’t hesitate to share her thoughts. However, this friend told the Daily Mail that Donna, who is joining the cast of The Traitors (available on Peacock), is currently trying to avoid getting involved in the wedding plans for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. As a huge fan of The Night Manager, I’m thrilled about Season 2! It starts off picking up after the events of the first season, confirming that Hugh Laurie’s fantastic villain, Richard Onslow Roper, really was taken care of by those who captured him. We find Tom Hiddleston’s character, Jonathan Pine – the former soldier turned hotelier turned spy – in Syria with Olivia Colman’s Angela Burr (who, by the way, has won an Oscar since we last saw them!). Angela actually sees Roper’s body, confirming he’s gone. But the story jumps forward ten years, and we find Pine still haunted by bad dreams.

The 2002 film directed by Paul W.S. Anderson significantly changed the original story. This became a pattern for the Resident Evil movies, which borrowed characters and creatures from the games but mostly told their own, separate stories.

This was especially true with Ray and Debra, whose marriage was portrayed with refreshing honesty.
