Andy and Barbara Muschietti, the creators behind the ‘It’ movies and HBO series, are planning to continue the story with additional seasons of ‘Welcome to Derry’.

Sandra Bullock, 61, and Nicole Kidman have been friends for years, and their close bond likely played a role in their decision to make a sequel to *Practical Magic*. Kidman recently told Vogue that working with Bullock was a “joyful” experience. Bullock, in a note shared with the article’s author, playfully noted that both she and Kidman were raised to be strong, independent women.

Even though “After You” covered about 30 years, the show used young actors for flashbacks featuring Lester and Mabel. The other residents of the Arconia were played by the same actors throughout the episode, using wigs and visual effects to make them look younger. Most of these actors had clear changes to their appearance, especially their hair, but Nicky surprisingly didn’t seem to age much – he just had slightly grayer hair in later scenes. It’s easy to think this is an oversight, but Nicky isn’t the only character who doesn’t appear to age; Sebastian “Bash” Steed also maintains a remarkably consistent look.

Stephen King has consistently been a bestselling author since his first published work in 1974. Many of his books have been turned into successful movies and TV shows, including the 2017 film *It*, which became the highest-grossing horror movie ever, earning over $704 million worldwide. Because of this success, King is a firmly established icon in popular culture. It’s important for both book and film fans to experience his stories while they still can.

In a recent interview on the *Phase Hero* podcast, Brad Winderbaum, head of streaming, television, and animation at Marvel Studios, hinted that Krysten Ritter will reprise her role as Jessica Jones again, beyond just appearing in Season 2 of *Daredevil: Born Again*. When host Brandon Davies asked about a possible *Jessica Jones: Born Again* series, Winderbaum suggested it could happen “sooner than you think.”

Mabel was thrilled to tell Oliver and Charles about a special invitation she received, and they were excited for her, though their reaction focused on the idea that a gathering of women would inevitably involve lots of gossip and potentially useful information. The funniest part – what really made me laugh – was when Mabel jokingly suggested bringing tampons as party favors, and Charles immediately scolded her, telling her not to use such language.

In June, it was revealed that Candace Cameron Bure’s popular *Haul Out the Holly* movie series will take a spooky turn this year with *Haul Out the Halloween*. Wes Brown, Melissa Peterman, and Stephen Tobolowsky are all returning for the third film, and will be joined by *Halloweentown* stars Kimberly J. Brown and Daniel Kountz. This represents a shift for Bure, who has starred in over 40 films for the network, most of which have been Christmas-themed. The *Mean Girls* actress shared with People how she felt about tackling a different holiday.

I was reading an interview with Wilmer Valderrama, and he’s teasing a huge scene that fans are going to absolutely love! He was talking about Nick and Jessica’s relationship, and it sounds like things are… complicated. He described it as messy, but with a lot going on beneath the surface. Apparently, they’re really digging into the characters’ humanity and all the workplace drama, which he says is always fun to watch. He’s leaving us hanging, but it sounds like things are going to get interesting!

The second season of Peacemaker debuted on HBO Max in August 2025. Created by James Gunn, the show features John Cena returning as Christopher Smith, also known as Peacemaker. The cast also includes Danielle Brooks as Leota Adebayo, Freddie Stroma as Adrian Chase/Vigilante, Jennifer Holland as Emilia Harcourt, and Steve Agee as John Economos.
