As a huge fan, I’m so excited about The Grey State! It’s this incredibly dangerous dimension, basically uninhabitable for us, but it’s full of amazing alien tech. The cool part is, we don’t actually *go* there. We play as Striders, piloting these bio-engineered bodies remotely from our own safe dimension. The developers, Grey State Studios, call it a ‘graveyard of nightmares’ – a true ‘Horrorverse’ packed with creatures ripped straight out of Lovecraftian stories, classic monster movies, creepy books, and even those terrifying tales you find online. It sounds absolutely wild!

The movie *Catch Me If You Can* is based on the true story of Frank Abagnale Jr., a master con artist, and his book co-written with Stan Redding. Leonardo DiCaprio stars as Abagnale, who famously pretended to be a pilot for Pan American Airlines, a doctor, and other professionals while still very young. His scams eventually caught the attention of the FBI, and a determined agent – played by Tom Hanks – pursued him across the country. You can find the original book, *Catch Me If You Can*, in paperback for $10 on Amazon (originally $19), or listen to the audiobook for $15.75 (down from $18).

Quentin Tarantino’s films are known for their packed Blu-ray releases, and this new Steelbook edition of Pulp Fiction continues that tradition. It’s filled with extras, including several documentaries about how the movie was made, nearly 25 minutes of deleted footage, lots of behind-the-scenes content and promotional materials, and more. Aggro Crab recently talked about experiencing burnout and how they’ve changed the way they make games over the past year. Their game, *Peak*, was a huge hit, selling much better than any of their previous titles and becoming one of the most popular indie games of 2025. However, *Peak* was developed much faster – in just a few months – compared to their usual development process which typically takes years. Interestingly, Landfall Interactive, who co-developed *Peak*, isn’t involved with their new game, *Crashout Crew*.

The research showed that G Gen Eternal earned the most revenue of any mobile turn-based strategy game during the observed timeframe, bringing in roughly eight times the income of games like Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus and Fire Emblem Heroes.

Skateboarding games were hugely popular in the early 2000s, but interest faded as the gaming world changed. Recently, though, these games are making a comeback, attracting both longtime fans and new players. It’s clear there’s still a demand for them. With the release of EA’s new Skate game – bringing back a beloved series – and the successful remakes of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, this genre looks set to thrive again.

Fans of Back to the Future can now celebrate the franchise’s 40th anniversary with a new 4K Blu-ray collection, including a special Steelbook edition. While a limited edition gift set is currently unavailable on Amazon, each movie is available individually for between $25 and $30. Each Blu-ray release includes 4K, 1080p, and digital copies of the film, plus new artwork based on the classic posters by Drew Struzan. Perfect Blue, the first film directed by the acclaimed Satoshi Kon (known for works like Paprika and Tokyo Godfathers), plunges viewers into the intense and competitive world of Japanese entertainment. The story centers on Mima Kirigoe, a former pop star trying to become a serious actress. However, her new career quickly descends into a terrifying ordeal filled with dangerous fans and shocking crimes. Released in 1997, the film was immediately praised by critics and remains a landmark anime, celebrated for its insightful commentary on celebrity culture and stunning visuals.

Reviews are still divided, and fans are staying cautiously optimistic. With the game launching in less than 48 hours, we’ll soon see what the general public thinks. This is the first big *Pokémon* release since *Scarlet and Violet* in 2022, making the wait especially long for fans.
