Okay, so it’s Halloween quiz time! This round is all about spooky locations, and the question is, ‘Where do spirits hang out?’ Honestly, it’s a pretty easy one:
Phenomaman is a superhero you can send on missions. He’s an alien with incredible strength, but unlike some other alien heroes, he hasn’t learned to act like humans. This can make him seem a little socially awkward to others.
In a new 17-minute video called “I Saved 1,000 Animals From Dying,” Jimmy Donaldson and his team carry out incredible animal rescues. They provide emergency dental care to a lion, move endangered rhinos to safety, and give giraffes vaccinations from a helicopter. The team also traveled to Ukraine, where they rescued big cats from zoos damaged by the war, and transported them to a wildlife sanctuary in South Africa.
I was so surprised to hear Kim Kardashian say she’s seriously thinking about becoming a lawyer full-time! She was on Graham Norton’s show and said she wants to move away from being ‘Kim K’ and really focus on a legal career within the next ten years. Apparently, she’s about to find out if she passed the bar exam, which would finish off her six years of studying through a special program in California. It’s amazing how dedicated she’s been!
Ohio Representative Thaddius J. Claggett has introduced a bill – House Bill 469 – that would legally define AI systems as non-sentient and not capable of being considered people under Ohio law.
I was really struck by this photo taken by Thibault Camus for the Associated Press. It shows police guarding the entrance to the Galerie d’Apollon after that shocking jewelry theft on Sunday, October 19th. What’s really cool, though, is this guy in the background – a fedora and suit! He looks like he walked right out of an old black and white movie, it’s such a stark contrast to everything else happening. The stolen jewelry was apparently incredibly valuable, but that man really caught my eye in the picture.
Although Twitch hasn’t officially said why, Lin and Spencer—who were featured in the video holding Said down—have both been banned from the platform.
Mega Man Legends 2 remains an unfulfilled hope for fans. The game, praised for its unique, Zelda-inspired take on the classic Mega Man formula and its memorable characters—including the charming Tron Bonne and the Servbots, as well as the hero Mega Man Volnutt—ended on a major cliffhanger. Unfortunately, that cliffhanger was never resolved, and for the past 25 years, fans have been left waiting for a continuation that never came.
Pokémon TCG Pocket, launched last October, has been downloaded over 150 million times on both iOS and Android devices globally. A new update, including a sharing feature and other improvements, will be released on the same day as the latest expansion.
