I’m completely hooked on Dispatch! Even though it’s still coming out in parts and doesn’t have a ton of romance choices yet, it’s quickly become one of my favorite story-focused games. Seriously, the writing is amazing, and the voice acting? Incredible. Each character feels so real and well-performed, it’s what’s really drawing me in.
It’s debatable whether Gray Zone Warfare’s reputation for impressive visuals but poor performance is truly deserved, and whether the issue lies with the Unreal Engine 5 itself, overly ambitious game design, or a lack of optimization. However, it’s become a prime example of a game that looks fantastic but runs poorly on UE5.
