Tiffany Harrison, a woman in her 40s, was walking across a soccer field on October 21st when a small, privately-built airplane experienced engine failure. The plane made an emergency landing and unfortunately hit her during the crash. Her sister, Brittany McFall, told ABC7 that Tiffany, who is deaf, didn’t hear the plane coming down behind her.
