Shareholders of EA will receive $210 for each share they own. This price is 25% higher than the share price on September 25 ($168.32), which was the last trading day before the deal was announced. It also exceeds the company’s previous highest price of $179.01, recorded on August 14, 2025. The entire transaction will be paid in cash, and it’s expected to be the largest take-private sponsorship investment in history. Roguelike tactical RPG Lords of Ravage launches on October 15 for PC

Lords of Ravage is a ‘dark tactical RPG with roguelite elements’. It was first revealed in 2022, and a complimentary introductory experience, Lords of Ravage: Dread Knights, came out earlier this year.
