Many players connect the term “Early Access” with Steam, where it’s used for testing unfinished games and supporting developers. However, it’s not exclusive to Steam. We’ve already seen the game UFL in Early Access on Xbox and PlayStation 5, platforms not connected to Steam. By deciding not to release the game on older consoles like PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the developers can now concentrate on the PC version. The question remains: will they release it on Steam?

If you’re a Metroid fan looking for the new action figures, it’s best to buy them soon. Walmart has a $15 bundle, and the $25 Metroid figure will be available at Amazon and Target shortly. Jakks Pacific hasn’t released many Metroid figures lately, and prices have quickly increased. For example, a figure that sold for $11 last year is now going for $20-$30, and the 2023 Varia Suit figure is even harder to find, often selling for $40-$50.

As a big Yakuza fan, I was happy to see Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut confirmed for PS5, Xbox, and PC – the store pages already showed that. But I was a little worried because the info about transferring saves wasn’t showing up anywhere for the new versions of Yakuza Kiwami and Kiwami 2. The publisher shared on Twitter that they’re postponing the release of Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra. They explained that the game is a large-scale project and they want to make sure it’s polished to meet the high expectations of their team, players, and fans.

SEGA announced that Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will launch on the Switch 2 on Thursday, December 4, 2025.

The upcoming Marvel game, set in Paris during World War II, features Black Panther and Captain America in a visually stunning adventure. The trailer hints at a rivalry between the two heroes as they pursue a common objective, ultimately leading to a confrontation where they both demand the other step aside. Directed by Amy Hennig, known for her work on the Uncharted series, Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra looks promising if it comes to fruition.

Sony recently revealed details about MLB The Show 26 on the PlayStation blog. The new version will expand the Road To The Show mode with high school and college gameplay, and will also put more emphasis on what happens to players later in their careers. For the Diamond Dynasty mode, two new features – Diamond Quest and Weekend Classic – are being added, though Sony hasn’t yet explained exactly how they’ll work.
