Two Classic Stephen King Novels Get Standalone Hardcover Editions For The First Time

I’m so excited about these new editions of Stephen King’s books! *The Long Walk* came out in hardcover on October 7th for $29, and *The Running Man* just released in hardcover today, October 14th. It seems like the new movies are the reason for these re-releases, which is awesome. *The Long Walk* is finally getting its first movie adaptation – it’s in theaters now! – and the second adaptation of *The Running Man* comes out November 14th. Usually, King’s books go from hardcover to paperback when the movie comes out, but these two are a little different. They skipped that usual process and went straight to new hardcover editions, which is really cool for collectors like me!

Borderlands 4 Dev Gearbox Says “We Suck,” And Here’s Why

As a huge fan, it’s incredible to hear that the Borderlands franchise is likely to surpass 100 million copies sold with the release of Borderlands 4! That’s a massive achievement. But honestly, it’s cool to hear the team say they’re not stopping there – they’re aiming for something even bigger, like truly entertaining *everyone* in the world. It sounds like they’re really just beginning, and I, for one, can’t wait to see what they do next!

Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow Has Finally Come To Steam

Pandora Tomorrow used to work on Windows 7, but now it’s available on Steam for Windows 10 and 11 too. The game’s story connects to the animated series Deathwatch by introducing Sam’s friend, Douglas Shetland. His death continues to affect his daughter, Diana Shetland, who later becomes a major villain in the series.

Destiny 2 Agape god roll for PvE & PvP

It’s no real shock that everyone’s talking about Spread Shot Hand Cannons – they’re the new hotness in The Edge of Fate, and they’re seriously powerful! But if you’re like me and you still prefer a classic revolver, Agape has you covered no matter where you are in the game. They’ve got options everywhere!

Assassin’s Creed Shadows Switch 2 Release Date Reportedly Leaks

Okay, so this is HUGE news for Switch fans like me! VGC spotted a report on Dealabs saying Assassin’s Creed Shadows is coming to the new Switch 2 in December, both as a digital download *and* a physical copy. But here’s the thing – the physical version seems to be a Game Key Card. Remember those? It’s basically a card with a code to download the game, not the game *on* the card itself. They’ve been a bit controversial, but Ubisoft has said they do this for performance – apparently streaming game worlds is faster with digital storage than using a cartridge. They used it for Star Wars Outlaws too, and it sounds like they’re sticking with it for Shadows. Still, I’m just excited we’re getting a new Assassin’s Creed on the Switch!

Pokemon Legends Z-A review: Gorgeous battles, shallow variety

Fans were expecting a sprawling, open-world Pokémon game with lots of room to explore. However, Pokémon Legends Z-A is different – it concentrates on the city of Lumiose, swapping large landscapes for detailed, battle-focused urban environments. This change shows how much the game’s graphics have improved, but also suggests the developers are being careful not to make the game too ambitious.
