For many of us, Cartoon Network defined our childhoods with unforgettable shows like The Powerpuff Girls, Dexter’s Laboratory, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and Ben 10. Now, one of these beloved franchises is coming back – but you won’t be able to watch it on television.

As a big Ben 10 fan, I’m really excited to hear that a new comic series is kicking things off on May 6, 2026! It’s basically a reboot, giving a fresh spin to the show so many of us grew up with. The best part? The original creators, Man of Action Studios, are working with Dynamite Entertainment to make sure it still feels like Ben 10 – same characters, same universe, just a new story. It’s awesome to know they’re staying true to what made the series so great in the first place.

Joe Casey will be the lead writer, joined by artist Robert Carey and Man of Action members Duncan Rouleau, Dustin Nguyen, and Sebastian Piriz. Starting the story from the beginning makes this series great for both new viewers and long-time fans of the original Ben 10.

This new series isn’t just a comic book version of the original Ben 10; it’s a fresh and updated take on the beloved story. Considering the original premiered in 2005, it’s been over two decades, and this series is designed to bring the iconic adventure to a new generation.
