Introducing the Horrifying Nightmare Set, a special bundle featuring a copy of Resident Evil Requiem for either PS5 or Switch 2, and surprisingly, a pull-up bar for your home! You’re not misreading that – it really does include a pull-up bar.

Most special game editions include things like steelbook cases, extra digital content, or collectible figurines. But Capcom is doing something different with the Resident Evil bundle: it’s encouraging fans to get in shape and build real-life strength while battling zombies in the game.

Wii Fit, eat your heart out

The package costs 19,800 yen, which is about $130, and is designed to help players stay in shape when they’re not busy fighting zombies in the game.

A new promotional image features Grace Ashcroft doing pull-ups, likely to relieve stress before she continues investigating the zombie-filled Wrenwood Hotel.

A promotional video uses footage from Resident Evil: Requiem, digitally inserting two hosts into the scenes. The video shows them happily exploring the hotel, and another moment features one of the hosts playfully trying to startle Grace, who pretends to be scared and hides.

Automaton reports that all 50 copies of The Horrifying Nightmare bundle were sold in under five hours. And it seems you can get exercise while gaming!

Resident Evil Requiem will be available on February 27, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2.
