If you snagged the Ultimate Edition, you got to play a few days early and got some cool free stuff in the game. But honestly, the price tag – $69.99 / $99.99 – made a lot of us hesitant to preorder. Luckily, if you’re still on the fence, you can now give it a try! FC 26 Showcase lets you play a limited version of the game for free. Can you download FC 26 Showcase for free?
FC 26 Showcase is a streamlined version of the full FC 26 game. You can try out several popular modes without paying, including Ultimate Team, Clubs Rush, Clubs Live Events, Season Pass, and Kick Off. Keep in mind, though, that it’s not available in all countries.
It’s clear that having access to the game’s most popular modes without paying is a great deal. However, this isn’t an option for all players. Regarding whether you can download FC 26, availability varies depending on your location.
Currently, the FC 26 Showcase is only accessible in Colombia, Mexico, and the United Arab Emirates. But this doesn’t automatically exclude players in other regions from experiencing a free, limited version of the game. EA’s official website, specifically the Others tab, indicates that more countries could be added at a later date, with further details anticipated later in 2025. The recent changes within EA, connected to the company’s sale, might be causing some confusion.
Just so you know, if you’re interested in career mode, creating or joining a virtual club, and competing in the Clubs League – no matter where you are located – you will need to buy FC 26.
