Burger King reveals $15 wagyu burger in collab with Gordon Ramsay

In collaboration with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, Burger King UK introduces a special Wagyu burger across the country, available until supplies last.

The premium $15 burger features pure British Wagyu beef, marking it as the highest-quality burger offered so far by the restaurant chain.

The Wagyu burger arrives on a brioche bun sprinkled with seeds, boasting layers of caramelized onions, pickled pink onions, fresh rocket, crispy onions, and a creamy caramelized onion mayo. Although the recipe wasn’t developed by Gordon Ramsay, he is the face behind the campaign titled “Not Cooked by Gordon,” which spans TV, social media, and digital platforms.

Ramsay expressed his enthusiasm for the Wagyu, stating it tastes extraordinarily delicious. He commended Burger King for democratizing Wagyu beef, making it available to a wider audience. Moreover, he emphasized that this burger champions British cattle farming, as Wagyu cattle are crossbred with British dairy cows and reared on pasture-fed farms spread across 700 locations in the UK.

Ramsay excitedly proclaimed, ‘Often it’s assumed we should rely on Japanese or American wagyu, but isn’t it time for a cheer about homegrown British wagyu instead?'”

The paraphrased version maintains the excitement and enthusiasm from the original while using more polite language.

Christian Binney, the Food Development Director at Burger King UK, declared that their new Wagyu burger represents their highest-quality offering to date. He also expressed excitement about Gordon Ramsay’s endorsement.

In 2025, Burger King didn’t just announce its latest large collaboration out of the blue. In fact, they had already introduced a Naruto-themed meal in France back in January, and followed up by offering related toys with meals in the U.S. in July.
