Initially, referred to as the “qualifier” or the “regular season,” the first phase of the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 tournament sees 32 teams vying for only eight positions in the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 Final. This LAN event is scheduled to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark towards the end of January.
This is the initial premier tournament for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), held by BLAST, marking the start of events this year. Additionally, it’s the first time they’re using a new format: teams earn possible winnings when they beat other teams, with the amount depending on their position in Valve’s Global Rankings leaderboard.
