Now that Season 27 of Big Brother has ended with Ashley Hollis’ victory over Vince Panaro, many have been wondering what’s been happening with Vince. He’s been quiet since the finale, even his close friend Morgan Pope hadn’t heard from him. After weeks of silence, Vince is now sharing what’s been going on and clarifying his relationship with his girlfriend, Kelsey.

The first Head of Household, who didn’t win the prize money, is reportedly having issues with Kelsey, but things aren’t as bad as some might have thought. Vince says they’re currently taking a break to decide if they want to continue their relationship of seven years.

The news is likely surprising to fans of Big Brother, especially since even the contestants from Season 27 noticed how close Morgan and Vince had gotten. Kelsey, who received clips of their interactions from viewers watching on Paramount+, still felt it was important to speak with him after the show ended. He later described that conversation, saying:

She was primarily there to support my mental wellbeing, knowing I was about to face a lot of criticism. At the same time, she’s prioritizing her own needs and taking time to process everything on her own, which I completely understand and respect.

Honestly, it makes a lot of sense that they’re both taking things seriously, and it finally explains why Morgan hasn’t heard anything from Vince since Big Brother wrapped up. If he’s really trying to get back with Kelsey, I think the best move for him would be to just leave the other houseguest – the one who came in third and won part one of the final Head of Household – out of it. Trying to connect with her would only complicate things, in my opinion.
