Cindy de la Cruz, who plays Jeannie, is a rising actress. Before appearing in Best Medicine, she had already gained some experience with roles like Ramona Lewis on Blue Bloods and Ema in the 2023 film What Doesn’t Float.
Martin Clunes, known for playing the lead in the British show Doc Martin, will star as Dr. Robert Best in Best Medicine. This makes sense, as Dr. Best is the father of his Doc Martin character. Clunes has also appeared in several other popular shows and films, including Shakespeare in Love and Saving Grace, and is well-known for his role as Gary in Men Behaving Badly, for which he won a BAFTA award in 1996.
