Battlefield 6 has had a fantastic launch, selling over 7 million copies – the best start for any game in the series. However, some players have been sharing concerns about the game’s visuals, specifically the bright sun and lighting when moving between indoor and outdoor areas. Fortunately, a solution to these issues may be coming soon.
Florian Le BiHan, the lead game designer for Battlefield 6, told a player on X (formerly Twitter) that the DICE team knows about the problem and is actively working on fixes. Unfortunately, he didn’t say when those fixes would be available.
We know about this and are already working on some improvements. We’ll share more details soon!

One player suggested a fix for PC users: enable HDR on your monitor and set Windows to HDR 1000, which might eliminate the glare.
Having trouble with the bright glare in Battlefield 6 when looking out from inside buildings? Enabling HDR on both your monitor and in Windows settings (specifically HDR 1000) should fix the issue completely.

Battlefield Studios announced they’re fixing exploits that let players unfairly gain experience points. A new update will also reward players with more XP for playing matches and completing daily challenges.
Battlefield 6’s first season starts on October 28th, and the game recently had over 747,000 players online at the same time. However, the upcoming release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 on November 14th could cause some players to switch over, potentially impacting Battlefield 6’s player numbers.
