Always Faithful ( 1 dino + 3 dog tags)

To unlock the “End of an Era” achievement, immediately after starting the mission and gaining control of your character, turn around and find the T-Rex dinosaur statue on the table behind you. Simply interact with it to earn the achievement.

The first dog tag is found right after you leave the tank and start walking towards the sniper squad. As you go up to meet them, look to your left – the tag is on a crate close to where you can get more ammo.

For the second C4 charge, head left into the room. You’ll find the dog tag attached to the back of a pillar, near a knife and a poster.

After you get to the roof, you’ll find the final dog tag close to the edge, next to an orange cooler.

The Rock (3 dog tags)

Right after you start playing and can move your character, quickly turn around and head behind you, slightly to the right. You’ll find a dog tag on a small, blue crate.

As you follow Carter through the tunnels of Gibraltar, you’ll come across a WWII museum underground. After walking through the first part of the museum’s exhibits, look to your left for a scene of an officer at a desk – the dog tag is right there on the desk.

The last dog tag is located after you leave the tunnels. You’ll find it while helping out with the anti-aircraft gun at Anne’s Battery. Go down the stairs towards the area, and look inside a shipping container filled with equipment – the dog tag is hanging inside.

Operation Gladius (3 dog tags)

Once you’ve defeated the initial group of enemies, you’ll need to guide a tank up the hill towards City Hall. A dog tag is located just to the left of the tank, on top of a crate along with other items. Stay a safe distance from the tank, as getting too close will cause it to move forward, potentially making the dog tag unreachable.

You’ll find this collectible outside on the balcony behind the buildings as you head towards city hall. It appears after you’re instructed to reach the overwatch position. Look for it on the left side of the street, just before you get to city hall – it’s sitting on a table with a book.

You’ll find this dog tag right inside City Hall. When you enter, check the first room on the left downstairs. It’s hanging from a knife stuck in a poster.

Night Raid (4 dog tags)

The first collectible is located inside the palace, after you’ve cut the power. It’s hidden in one of the upstairs rooms, hanging on or near a covered mirror or painting. You can collect it either before or after completing the main objective of opening the door, so don’t worry if you miss it at first – you can grab it as you’re leaving.

The dog tag is located near a mural and some paint cans, in the dark, open area where your squad regroups after fighting through the Pax forces. This location is close to where you need to meet up.

A helicopter will chase you. Once it’s gone and you’re moving forward with your team through a building, be sure to check the clothing store on your left before you enter the plaza. The dog tag you’re looking for is on a display stand inside.

The last dog tag is located in the room with the role-playing games, during the helicopter mission. Look for a knife stuck in a Pax poster – the tag is hanging from it.

No Sleep (3 dog tags)

You’ll find this dog tag early in the mission, during Acre’s briefing. While he’s talking, turn away from him and look at the table across the room – the tag is sitting on it.

While clearing out Pax Headquarters, after the cutscene, thoroughly search the area. You’ll discover a dog tag attached to a knife stuck in a corkboard or wooden board.

The final dog tag for this level is located right after the chase sequence ends, once you’re running on foot again. Look for a tunnel ahead, and a large shipping container filled with supplies to your right. Search inside the container to find the dog tag – it’s on the right side.

Moving Mountains (4 dog tags)

#1 – Inside the firehouse. You’ll find the dog tag upstairs on the kitchen counter.

To find the drone command center, head through the park playground. Once you’ve dealt with the enemies there, look for a small trailer with construction equipment nearby. The tag you need is on the floor inside the trailer, next to the desk shaped like an ‘L’.

You’ll find the third tag in the subway tunnels once you enter the main part of the station. Look for it under the station maps and directory – it’s next to a green bag and a stuffed animal.

Okay, so after you burst out of the tunnel, don’t go straight for the Fulton FOB! Instead, quickly turn right and head into the park area on the other side of the road. You’ll find a fallen soldier there, and that’s where the last dog tags for this level are hidden. It’s easy to miss if you’re rushing, so be sure to check!

Nile Guard (2 dog tags)

After leaving the tank and continuing on foot with the soldiers, you’ll exit onto the main street through a small building with computer screens. Once you’re out the back of that building, look to your right – you’ll find it on the ground near a tree.

Once you grab the first tag for the mission, you’ll enter a courtyard. Look for the next tag in one of the rooms on the left – it’s attached to a knife stuck in a Pax poster.

Operation Ember Strike (4 dog tags)

The first collectible tag is easy to find early in the mission. As soon as you hop on the four-wheeler and start exploring the valley, drive straight ahead towards the group of old buildings. Go inside the damaged building directly in front of you – the tag is on the floor near the rug. If you reach the Old Fort, you’ve gone too far.

Follow the valley upwards. You’ll go through a small village and then cross a river. Immediately after crossing, look for three buildings on the hill. The dog tag is inside the middle building, on a crate under the window.

The third tag is located on the road leading to Datalink Delta. You can find it shortly after you’ve checked in with Lopez, near where you dealt with the sniper. Instead of going to the Switchblade as instructed, head up the ridge behind the blue portable toilets – the tag is on a military crate up there.

Once you’ve defeated the Delta SAM, you’ll meet back up with your team and hear some conversation. When you’re back in control, go up the hill and check the left side of the road – you’ll find a dog tag on a crate.

Always Forward (4 dog tags)

You’ll find this item early in the mission, inside the big white and blue warehouse you explore when completing the outpost task. Look for it on the ground near some equipment and one of the large trucks inside.

To disable NXC Alpha, head outside the back of the third building you go through. It will be on your right, sitting on a ledge near sandbags and equipment, as you follow the troops along the road.

When you first enter the bunker to deactivate the NXC launcher, search the back of the room. You’ll find a set of dog tags on a large crate next to a helmet and some equipment pouches.

Inside the bunker, after a short cutscene, you’ll need to locate Kincaid. Immediately after gaining control of your character, search a crate nearby – you’ll find the final dog tag resting on top of a laptop and helmet.
