Obsidian Entertainment revealed during today’s New Game+ Showcase 2026 that Avowed will be available on PlayStation 5 on February 17th. This follows the game’s initial release for Xbox Series X|S and PC (via Steam) in February 2025.
The game will come in two versions: a Standard Edition for $49.99 and a Deluxe Edition for $59.99. The Deluxe Edition includes a digital artbook, the game’s soundtrack, two unique armor sets for players, and eight different skins for companions.
The game is getting a big update to celebrate its anniversary, alongside a version for the PlayStation 5. This update will introduce three new playable races – the Orlan, Aumaua, and Dwarves – plus a New Game Plus mode, a Photo Mode for capturing in-game moments, and a brand new type of weapon.
