S Tier – Yatzli

Having Yatzli, an exceptionally powerful mage, fighting alongside you will significantly shift the course of any battle, making even the most difficult challenges seem effortless. Her abilities are primarily offensive in nature; from her explosive Essence Detonation to Minoletta’s rapid-fire Missile Launcher. Foes will find it extremely challenging to withstand her, especially when they’re ensnared by her Arduous Motion Stasis.

Additionally, Yatzli uses her Blast to eliminate numerous foes, impacting a modest region and delivering several strikes. Similar to Kai and Giatta, she can assist in removing “Illusionary Obstacles” by employing the useful Companion Command.

S Tier – Giatta

In the game Avowed, Giatta stands out as an exceptional support character. She offers a wide variety of benefits to your whole team. Her Purification skill increases your maximum health by an additional 25 percent, a bonus that harmonizes well with her Reconstruction healing ability. Besides restoring health, she also protects you with a shield through her Barrier skill and speeds up both movement and attacks using Acceleration.

With Giatta by your side, it’s tough for anyone or even giant beasts from Avowed, to knock you off balance. Moreover, she’s got a knack for solving puzzles; she can unlock tricky doors using her powerful Spectral Jolt ability.

A Tier – Kai

Among all Companions, Kai stands out as one of the most adaptable, excelling in both defensive and offensive tactics. His abilities possess a stunning effect, stopping enemies in their tracks, whether they’re engulfed in Fire or Ice, or leaping into danger with Leap of Daring. Furthermore, you can rest easy knowing that Kai is on the battlefield because he has the ability to revive himself using Second Wind, ensuring his continued presence in the fight.

Apart from Kai’s Second Wind ability, his Unyielding Defense also restores health and lessens damage by 25%. This makes him more durable in battle. Additionally, he has a knack for clearing away most rubble, sparing you from using a fire-infused Essence spell to do so. This will be helpful during quests such as the Totem of Rightful Rulership.

Speaking as an ardent admirer, Marius’ combat prowess is nothing short of ferocious. He excels at causing bleeding with his Wounding Shots and piercing enemies with Heart Seeker. On the battlefield, he moves swiftly, employing Shadow Step to outmaneuver opponents stealthily.
