Though she’s gone, there’s enough unfinished music to release at least two albums after her death, and plans for a holographic concert are already underway. Shane Sills, like many exploitative figures in the music industry – including real-life people like Dr. Luke and Scott Borchetta – served as the inspiration for this character.

I was listening to an interview with Zach Cregger on the Crew Call podcast, and he said something pretty surprising. When asked if the older Resident Evil movies influenced his approach to the new one, he admitted he’s actually never seen them! He quickly clarified, though, that he’s a huge fan of the games – he’s played them constantly and feels like a real expert on the Resident Evil franchise as a whole. So, it’s all about the games for him, not the films!
