It’s unusual for a movie series to start as merely okay and then become truly exceptional with each new installment. Typically, sequels are disappointing, but this franchise is a remarkable exception. Over nearly thirty years, it has grown into a major force in filmmaking, proving that a series can actually improve over time.

A fan account, @UnBoxPHD, recently shared the first photos of Mark Ruffalo on the set of the upcoming film in London. He was wearing a large green coat, probably to stay warm between shots, but also potentially to hide his costume. Notably, Ruffalo didn’t appear to have any motion capture markers on his face, hinting that he’ll be playing Bruce Banner in his human form for this scene. This is a change from his recent appearances in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, where he’s mostly been playing the merged form of Bruce Banner and the Hulk – known as Smart Hulk – since Avengers: Endgame.

In Dispatch, you play as Robert Robertson, also known as Mecha Man. After a dramatic opening, he’s forced to retire from crime-fighting and takes on a new job: managing a team of former supervillains who are trying to become heroes. The game is best described as a funny look at the world of superheroes and workplace dynamics, and it really delivers on that promise. It’s packed with choices, dialogue, and quick action sequences, combined with strategic puzzle-solving. While the overall story is still unfolding, the first two episodes are a strong beginning.

In an interview with Empire, Matt Duffer, one of the creators of Stranger Things, discussed the character of Dr. Kay, explaining she’s a government agent pursuing Eleven. He shared that actress Winona Hamilton will be playing a villainous role, a departure from her heroic portrayal of Sarah Connor in The Terminator.
