The movie 47 Ronin was poorly received, earning only a 16% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and losing Universal around $175 million at the box office. However, over ten years later, the film is surprisingly gaining popularity on streaming services. This comeback mirrors a similar resurgence in the career of its star, Keanu Reeves, who has found great success with the John Wick movies.

According to reports, the highly anticipated Rick and Morty: The End #6, written by Daniel Kibblesmith with art by Jarrett Williams and colors by Alessandro Santoro, won’t actually be the series finale as many expected. That distinction will now go to Rick and Morty Forever #0, featuring art by Troy Little, and promises to expand the story in new directions.

Many fantastic TV plot twists don’t receive the recognition they deserve. A prime example is in the 2018 Netflix miniseries, The Haunting of Hill House, created by Mike Flanagan. Inspired by Shirley Jackson’s novel of the same name, the show centers on the unfortunate experiences of the Crain family.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Maggie Gyllenhaal explained that the final version of The Bride! is slightly different from her original cut. Warner Bros. executives asked her to tone down some of the more violent scenes. Gyllenhaal emphasized that she wanted to show the impact of every death in the film, making sure viewers knew something about the characters who were killed. She contrasted this with films where victims are anonymous, stating she wanted each death to feel meaningful and have consequences. She specifically mentioned a request made by Pam Abdy, co-president of Warner Bros. Pictures.
