So, Disgaea 7 Complete came out in Japan last summer for PS5, PS4, and Switch, but here in the West, it’s only hitting the new Nintendo Switch. This ‘Complete’ version bundles in all the previously released DLC ā though you won’t get any of the one-time-use items ā and adds a bunch of *new* stuff that’s exclusive to this Switch 2 version. I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of faster-than-light travel, and it’s amazing to hear that scientists are revisiting what used to be pure science fiction! It seems the concept of warping space ā creating a kind of ‘bubble’ around a spaceship ā might actually be possible, at least theoretically. They think it could let a ship travel incredibly fast without breaking the laws of physics as we know them. It’s still a huge challenge, but it’s way more plausible than I ever imagined!
The third season of *Elsbeth* is almost here, and Carrie Preston recently chatted with Jesse Tyler Ferguson on his show, *Dinnerās on Me*. While they discussed the upcoming season, they also talked about last seasonās villain and Prestonās husband, Michael Emerson. They shared the story of how they met and fell in love while performing *Hamlet* at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival.
Andrew Garfield recently addressed the possibility of a third *Amazing Spider-Man* movie. When asked about *The Amazing Spider-Man 3*, he confirmed itās no longer in development and doesnāt expect it to happen, though he appreciated the enthusiasm for it. The film, which was first planned in 2016, is officially canceled.
According to ComicBook.com, the 2004 film *Hellboy* is now available on Paramount+, but other movies in the *Hellboy* series aren’t currently on the platform. The movie stars Ron Perlman and features Selma Blair, Jeffrey Tambor, Karel Roden, Rupert Evans, and John Hurt. Guillermo del Toro directed and wrote the film, which is based on the first *Hellboy* comic, *Hellboy: Seed of Destruction*, created by Mike Mignola and published by Dark Horse Comics.
Tim Burton already has a history with the story of Frankenstein, including Mary Shelley’s original novel in his collection. His film *Frankenweenie*, which he originally made as a short film, retells the basic *Frankenstein* story and also celebrates the classic Universal monsters he loved as a child. It might seem strange that another of Burtonās films would explore similar ideas, but *Corpse Bride* beautifully captures the heart of what the *Frankenstein* story is really about.
As a big fan of the *Knives Out* films ā seriously, the cast is incredible and everyone’s been loving them ā I’ve been wondering what director Rian Johnson had up his sleeve next. I just learned at Contenders London that heās putting *Knives Out* on hold for a bit to work on a completely new, original screenplay. It’s a little disappointing to wait for another mystery, but I’m excited to see what he comes up with next!
EA confirmed on October 10th that a problem with its EA app caused some players to be unable to access their games. Others received messages saying they were missing content they had already purchased, like downloadable content or the main game files.
