It’s fantastic that so many games are now available on various platforms, ensuring everyone can enjoy them. Sometimes, smaller independent games delay releasing versions for other consoles due to various challenges. Since Escape From Duckov has already launched successfully on Steam, fans are hopeful that PlayStation 5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch versions will follow, and that seems reasonable.
As a total baking show fanatic, I was thrilled to see this week’s theme – it wasn’t about simplifying things, but building them up with Meringue Week! Back when I lived in the States, lemon meringue pie was pretty much the only time I encountered meringues. But living in the U.K. now? They’re *everywhere*. You can’t even walk past an Ottolenghi without spotting a meringue the size of a corgi! And Eton Mess, that classic British dessert, is on almost every menu – it’s basically cream, berries, and glorious meringue (and the best places add ice cream too!). Honestly, they’ve clearly made meringues in the tent before, but I’m shocked it’s taken them this long to dedicate a whole episode to them – they’re so tricky to get right, but when they work, they’re unbelievably delicious.

The Keyhouse Compendium includes the core story of Locke & Key, but there are a few extra books to fully expand the experience. These aren’t essential to the main plot, but fans of the series will likely enjoy them. The newest addition is Locke & Key: The Golden Age, a 232-page hardcover that tells the story of the Locke family’s ancestors in the early 1900s. Right now, Amazon has a sale on it for $21.43, down from $30.

The new update is available now on all platforms, and Marvelous has released two screenshots to show it off. It adds two new bosses, Lapis Lacrima RT: Ω and Cybele RT: Ω, and lets you battle the event boss Zeruchroar anytime in the Rematch Simulator. This follows a previous update that included gyro support for PS5 and Switch 2, which you can read about here.
Innersloth, the company that created the popular 2018 game, recently told Cartoon Base on X (formerly Twitter) that the animated show is still in development. They explained that while they’re making progress, they don’t have any news or a release date to share just yet, and jokingly apologized for the lack of updates. They also acknowledged and complimented Cartoon Base’s dedication to finding information.
