I’ve noticed a lot of longtime *Dragon Ball Z* fans really dislike *Dragon Ball Super*, and honestly, I can see why. The storylines often feel rushed and don’t really go anywhere, and a lot of the characters just aren’t as interesting or well-developed as the ones we grew to love. Plus, the fights, while flashy, don’t quite hit the same emotional or strategic highs as those in the original series. It just doesn’t capture the magic that made *DBZ* so special. If you don’t enjoy it, that’s perfectly okay – it’s a valid opinion.

Despite starting with promise, this trilogy, even after nearly ten years, demonstrates how a strong initial concept often fails to translate beyond a single film. Intended to recapture the spirit of the original *Halloween*, it instead became as convoluted as its predecessors, but far less compelling. Ultimately, what was hoped to be a triumphant revival has become a major letdown for fans of horror and slasher films alike.

Season 3 of *One-Punch Man* will start streaming on October 12, 2025, on several platforms. In North America, you’ll be able to watch it on Hulu and Disney+. Canadian viewers can find it on Disney+. Netflix will stream the new season in Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand, and Crunchyroll will also offer it in Latin America and Oceania.

Our first look at Liam Hemsworth as Geralt suggests he physically fits the role – he has the size and stern look the character requires. The trailer also shows the return of familiar faces like Yennefer, Ciri, and Jaskier. However, Hemsworth’s Geralt delivers a surprisingly American-sounding and forceful “Let’s fucking go!” which feels out of character. While the show isn’t afraid of strong language, this particular phrasing doesn’t quite fit the tone of *The Witcher*. Without Henry Cavill’s more serious portrayal, this new season appears to be leaning more towards an action movie vibe, like *Den of Thieves*, than the Polish fantasy world it’s based on.
