In approximately two months, Assassin’s Creed: Shadows will be released, and Ubisoft is now concentrating their efforts on its promotion. Interestingly, they recently brought up Assassin’s Creed: Witch for the first time in quite some time.
- The editors of GamesRadar+ participated in Ubisoft’s presentation, where they discussed, among other things, The Animus Hub, a service designed to connect all contemporary installments of the series (starting from Assassin’s Creed Origins).
- During the presentation, producer Andree-Anne Boisvert stated that all future installments of the series will be integrated with the service, specifically mentioning Assassin’s Creed: Hexe and the multiplayer game Assassin’s Creed: Codename Invictus.
- She didn’t mention the remake of Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, but that’s probably because the game hasn’t yet been officially announced. There is little doubt that “Black Flag” will also be connected to The Animus Hub.
- It’s just a small mention, but important, as this is the first case in two years when the publisher mentioned Assassin’s Creed: Hexe.
In our upcoming adventure, we’ll journey back to 16th century Germany, where the story revolves around witches. Last year’s gossip hinted that the sole lead character for this installment is a woman named Elsa, who reportedly has extraordinary powers. The team behind this project is Ubisoft Montreal, known for creating ‘Assassin’s Creed Origins’ and ‘Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’.
