Okay, so everyone who watches my streams knows my room… it’s a disaster. Seriously, it’s become a running joke – a total mess that I almost never get around to cleaning. It’s just kind of…always like that, honestly.
Asmongold’s messy living space isn’t just a small problem – his whole house had gotten so dirty that he found dead animals inside, and he finally cleaned it all in 2024 after admitting how bad it had become.
As expected, he discovered a dead rat. This wasn’t surprising, though, as he’d previously used a dead rat as a bizarre alarm clock – the rising sun would heat the rat’s body, creating a smell that would wake him up.
A year after a similar incident, Asmongold shocked fans again by sharing details about his pillowcase.

I was watching the stream, and it was so funny! The streamer was talking about his skin, and he said he used to have really bad acne, but now it’s totally cleared up. The crazy part? He doesn’t even wash his pillowcase! I couldn’t believe it.
He mentioned he occasionally changes his pillowcases, recalling it happening maybe twice. He specifically remembered his girlfriend suggesting he do so back in 2019 when she moved in.

He says he last changed it four years ago in 2023, and hasn’t made any changes since then.
Okay, so I hit a really intense gaming streak, and things got…weird. I honestly didn’t shower for almost three months! And it sounds crazy, but my skin actually felt amazing. Like, the best it’s ever been. I know it’s gross, but seriously, it was a strange benefit of being completely lost in the game.
He recently admitted to showering much more frequently, but regrets it, calling it a mistake. He believes that by not showering, he was actually “evolving” and developing a protective outer layer, like an exoskeleton.
Asmongold jokingly claimed that after not showering for three months, he felt like he was physically changing. He compared it to a Pokémon evolution, saying he was starting as ‘Geodude’ and progressing to ‘Graveler’.

He explained that he stopped experiencing chills and overheating. He realized this happened after he stopped showering, and believed his body had a natural way of maintaining a comfortable temperature.
It’s not just about Asmongold rarely changing his pillowcases. He once went six years without washing his clothes, preferring to simply buy replacements from thrift stores instead.
