Asmongold recently shared what he eats and drinks in a typical day during a Twitch stream. It’s a pretty standard diet, as you might guess.
Asmongold is a hugely popular streamer, and while he likely earns a lot of money, he hasn’t used his wealth to upgrade his lifestyle.
His house is famously messy – it’s become a running joke in the industry. People are also concerned about his health, as he’s known for drinking a lot of soda and avoiding water.
Asmongold recently revealed his daily routine for powering through his long Twitch commentary streams, and it’s pretty straightforward.
Asmongold’s diet involves at least three sodas a day
During his Twitch stream in November, Asmon paused his regular commentary to explain what he usually eats and drinks in a typical day.
He doesn’t shop for groceries himself. His kitchen doesn’t have any fresh fruits or vegetables. Instead, he either goes out to eat or has food delivered to him throughout the day.
When Asmon streams, he usually eats one full meal, but snacks throughout the day. He typically starts with beef jerky, a protein bar, some candy, and a soda for breakfast.
That’s enough fuel to keep him going for a usual 6 to 8 hour livestream, after which he’ll need more snacks like beef jerky and candy, plus another soda.
He’s deciding between several fast-food options for dinner – Chipotle, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, or pizza are all possibilities. It’s usually his main meal of the day, and he typically has a soda with it, but he’s not finished eating for the day.
He’ll have more beef jerky and candy later, but right now he’s enjoying ice cream as a treat for good behavior.
If Asmon is still thirsty after that, he said he’ll sometimes go to McDonald’s around 1 AM, not to eat, but just to get another soda.
Asmongold mentioned on his livestream that he’s been doing this for three or four years and, surprisingly, feels pretty good considering everything.
I want to eat such a large amount of junk food that it completely alters my body and transforms me into something beyond human – I aim to evolve.
If you’re worried Asmon isn’t taking care of himself, don’t be – he always has a small cup of water before going to sleep.
