Asmongold responds after Elon Musk claims streamer is “not good” at video games

According to Asmongold, Elon Musk stepped over a boundary when he asserted that he’s not skilled at video games, as the Twitch streamer persists in his ongoing dispute with the wealthiest individual on the globe.

For quite a while, Elon Musk, the head of SpaceX, has found himself amidst a gaming uproar. This is because he claimed to have become the top-ranked Diablo 4 player globally.

After that, I shifted my focus towards Path of Exile 2 and before I knew it, I was tearing through the game like a boss. However, big names in the gaming community like Quin69 and Asmongold picked up on some discrepancies in my gameplay, leading them to speculate that someone else might be controlling my account instead of me.

If Elon Musk could prove he was truly managing the account, Asmongold bet he’d stream only on platform X exclusively for an entire year. This prompted Elon to tease that perhaps a secret Chinese counterpart was playing for him instead.

In the end, Elon decided to disclose direct messages where the Twitch star talked about Elon’s editors and alleged that Asmon had to seek approval from his superior before making any decisions.

Although Asmon appears to act independently, he actually needs approval from his superior before taking action. In essence, he doesn’t make his own decisions.

However, it was Musk’s criticisms about Asmongold’s gaming performance that particularly upset the streamer, rather than the leak of his private messages being the main source of irritation.

Elon Musk insults Asmongold’s gaming skills

Following Musk’s release of the direct messages, well-known X user Ian Miles Cheong joined the conversation, stating that Elon didn’t need to offer any explanations.

In a recent statement, Musk boasted about having his content streamed across numerous platforms like YouTube and Twitch, where he interacts live with top-tier global gamers. Later, he directed his remarks towards Asmongold’s content.

To put it plainly, although Asmon excels in delivering sharp commentary and poking fun at others, his gaming skills leave much to be desired.

Up until now, Musk hasn’t given a response to Asmongold’s comment. Moreover, Asmongold claims he has numerous additional direct messages from the streamer that he’s prepared to disclose, indicating that this ongoing conflict might not be resolved any time soon.
