Reaching 200 episodes is a big accomplishment for any TV show, and *Chicago Med* recently hit that milestone with its second episode of Season 11. The episode featured a guest appearance by original cast member Nick Gehlfuss, though the storyline quickly took a somber turn. Despite the on-screen drama, the cast is celebrating the show’s success. Actress Sarah Ramos shared the good news on social media and received an outpouring of support from both fans and her fellow cast members.

What Did Chicago Med Star Sarah Ramos Say About The 200th Episode And How Did Fans And Co-Stars Respond?
Medical dramas have been a TV staple for decades, and it’s no surprise so many become huge hits. Even comedies like *Scrubs*, which is being revived with a new cast, often find long-term success. With so many shows ending each year, it’s still worth celebrating when a series reaches 200 episodes.
This week, *Chicago Med* joined *Chicago Fire* (which reached the milestone in 2021) and *Chicago PD* (in 2023) by airing its 200th episode. The episode both referenced the show’s very first installment and served as a celebration of the dedicated cast and crew. Sarah Ramos, who has played Dr. Caitlin Lenox since Season 10, shared a cast photo that’s been getting a lot of attention – check it out!
