On January 22nd, the team at Arknights: Endfield announced they had identified a problem affecting players. In an official statement, they clarified that the issue only impacted payments made with PayPal through the game’s official launcher or website.

To fix a problem with payments, Hypergryph has temporarily removed PayPal as a payment option. They are currently checking all recent PayPal transactions and will fully refund anyone who was affected.

There were some problems where the items customers received didn’t match what they ordered. However, this only affected a small number of orders.
Players who haven’t yet received their refund are asked to reach out to customer support at endfield_cs@gryphline.com, providing their server region and User ID. Hypergryph has stated that PayPal payments will stay turned off until the problem is completely fixed and tested to ensure everything is working correctly.
