Everyone is looking forward to Ariana Grande‘s upcoming movie adaptation of Wicked: For Good. But before that, she’s finished filming another movie set to release in 2026 – she’ll be appearing alongside the family from the Meet the Parents franchise! Grande recently shared some behind-the-scenes photos to celebrate the completion of Focker In-Law.
It’ll be nice to see the former Nickelodeon star go back to her comedy roots in Focker In-Law. Based on the Instagram photos she posted of their filming wrap-up, it looks like she had a great time with the fourth movie’s sensational cast:

I’m really enjoying Ariana Grande’s recent photos! She seems excited about her upcoming comedy film, proudly showing off her character’s name on her dressing room door and even wearing clothes with “Focker In-Law” on the collar.
The picture of her hugging Ben Stiller really touched me. He already seems like a proud father-in-law in that sweet black-and-white photo. I’m excited to see how she interacts with both Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro on screen – I think they’ll have great chemistry.
The Meet the Parents movies are among Ben Stiller’s most popular for a reason: they hilariously capture the awkwardness of meeting your partner’s family. The first film focused on Greg meeting Pam’s parents, while the second showed everyone getting to know Greg’s parents. The third movie followed Greg and Pam as a married couple navigating life with twin babies.
Okay, so I’m really excited about another Meet the Parents movie! It’s been 15 years, but the timing is perfect – Greg Focker’s kids are now the age he was when we first met him. This time, the story flips! His son, played by Skyler Gisondo (you might recognize him as Superman!), is the one introducing his fiancée (Ariana Grande!) to the family. It’s a really interesting idea, and I’m already wondering if Greg will handle this situation better than his own father-in-law, Jack, did… or if he’ll end up just like him!
The new Meet the Parents movie will feature both new and returning cast members, including favorites like Ben Stiller, Teri Polo, Robert De Niro, Owen Wilson, and Blythe Danner. There’s even a chance Barbra Streisand will return, reportedly for a significant fee. Fans can expect Focker In-Law to deliver the same hilarious and chaotic family comedy that has made the series so popular.
Ariana Grande shared how much fun she had filming Focker In-Law, and I’m excited to see the finished movie! You’ll be able to see the comedy in theaters on November 25, 2026.
