Having trouble with the ‘Stench of Corruption’ quest in Arc Raiders? It can be tricky to locate all the objectives and figure out what to do at each one. Don’t worry, we’ve put together a guide to help you through it.
This quest must be completed in one go. If you fail before finishing all the steps, you’ll have to start over when you reload the game. Luckily, you don’t need to successfully leave the area to complete it – once you’ve finished everything, dying won’t reset your progress. We still suggest trying to escape with your loot, though!
When you’re ready to knock out The Stench of Corruption, follow the steps below.

- Reach the southwest lobby of the Departure Building
- Find the staff locker room
- Search the room for any clues of the saboteur’s identity
- Reach the tunnels below the Spaceport
- Use the key on any Flushing Terminal to override the bypass protocol
Reach the southwest lobby of the Departure Building
Head to the Departure Building at the Spaceport first. You’ll find it near the center of the map, slightly to the west of the Launch Tower.

You’ll be heading to the southwest lobby next, so it’s easiest to approach the building from that side.
Find the staff locker room
The staff locker room is on the ground floor of the Departure Building, in the southwest lobby. It’s located along the back wall of a dimly lit lobby and is clearly marked with a sign that says “Staff Room.”

As you’d expect, the passage opens into a room packed with lockers and protective hazmat suits. To continue your quest, you’ll need to search this room for clues.
Search the room for any clues of the saboteur’s identity
Find the hazmat suits at the back of the room and open them to get the Flushing Terminal Key. Don’t forget to add the key to your inventory – you’ll need it to finish the quest.

Now that you have the key, exit the Departure Building and head to the entrance of the underground tunnels – you should recognize it.
Reach the tunnels below the Spaceport
If you’re doing this quest, you’ve likely been to the Spaceport tunnels before. As you might remember, the easiest way down is through a broken section right under the Launch Tower.

Once you’re down here, you’ll have one final task to complete.
Use the key on any Flushing Terminal to override the bypass protocol
To complete the quest, locate and use a Flushing Terminal within the tunnels. Several terminals are available, but the closest one is located immediately to the west of the tunnel entrance.

Once you’ve dealt with the Flushing Terminal, you’ll finish the ‘Stench of Corruption’ quest and can leave the area. There are several ways to exit the tunnels, so choose the one that seems best and return to Speranza.

Completing this quest in Speranza rewards you with the Warden outfit – a pleasant bonus! Whether you’ll actually like the outfit is up to you, of course. But everyone has their own taste, and that’s okay! Oops.
