Arc Raiders Lost In Transmission Quest Guide

In Arc Raiders, you’ll sometimes get missions that need a key to access certain areas. The “Lost in Transmission” quest sends you to Control Tower A6 at Spaceport to connect to a terminal. This guide will walk you through the steps of this quick, but risky, mission.

There are two important things to note about this quest:

  • You must bring the Spaceport Control Tower Key into the raid. You will be granted this key upon accepting the quest, and you will not be able to open the necessary door and reach the terminal without it. Place the key in a safe pocket to ensure it’s not lost during any potential firefights you encounter. If you didn’t bring it or have already lost it, there’s a chance someone else will have opened the door, but otherwise you’ll need to acquire a new key, which can be found randomly as loot on any map.
  • Speaking of firefights, the locked room of Control Tower A6 tends to contain really good loot, so other raiders will often contest this location. If you’re lucky, your visit to Control Tower A6 may end up quiet. But there’s always a chance that you’ll need to take someone out, so come prepared.

Visit Control Tower A6

Control Tower A6 stands in the central, lower area of Spaceport. It’s a tall tower and easy to spot.

You can enter the building from any side, but we suggest going in at the main entrance by the tower.

Once you reach Control Tower A6, you’ll be tasked with reaching the top of the building.

Reach the top of Control Tower A6

There are two locked doors inside the lower level of Control Tower A6. One is in the main front room, and the other is in a room containing red lockers and desks.

These two doors both lead to the zipline you need to get to the top of Control Tower A6. Before using your Spaceport Control Tower Key, make sure neither door is already open. If one is, another raider probably used the zipline to search the room you need. What you do next is up to you – you could wait for them to leave, ask if you can enter, or simply go up and deal with them directly to claim the room and any loot.

Once you get to the top of Control Tower A6, your next goal will be to connect to a terminal nearby.

Establish a connection from the terminal

Go to the top of Control Tower A6 and look for a terminal on the left side of the room. Using it will immediately finish the “Lost in Transmission” quest.

Now’s a great time to search this room thoroughly for valuable items. It’s one of the most rewarding areas in the game, so be sure to grab everything you can. Once you’re finished, use the zipline to descend and then head to your preferred extraction point to return to Speranza.
