One of the first things you’ll do in Arc Raiders is gather supplies for Lance: Antiseptics, Syringes, Durable Cloths, and Great Mullein. Don’t worry, it’s not as hard as it seems! These items are usually found in the same general locations. We’ll show you exactly where to look for everything, and also how to craft some of the items if you need to.

Where to get Antiseptics, Syringes, and Durable Cloths
As a fan of scavenging, I’ve found that medical POIs are the best places to stock up on essentials like antiseptics and syringes. You can even sometimes find durable cloths in commercial buildings! If you’re just starting out, I highly recommend checking out the Testing Annex southeast of the Dam Battlegrounds, or the Hospital and Piazza Arbusto pharmacy in Buried City. I consistently find at least a couple of these useful items whenever I really search through those places.
You can also make Antiseptics and Durable Cloths if you’ve built the Refiner workshop in Speranza.

Okay, so you can’t make syringes, which is a bummer. You’re going to have to find them by searching around. But the good news is, the place where I usually find Great Mullein is also a really good spot to loot for syringes and other medical stuff, so it’s not too difficult to stock up!
Where to get Great Mullein
Great Mullein grows in many areas, but it’s often found near water. A reliable place to find it is in the Testing Annex on the Dam Battlegrounds map. Look for the pool of water on the bottom floor – it usually has several Great Mullein plants. Just be aware that other players might have already collected them! While you’re there, don’t forget to search the upper floors for other useful items, especially if you’re still completing quests.

Once you’ve collected everything Lance needs, go back to him in Speranza to complete the quest. He’ll then ask you to find medical supplies by searching containers on several different maps, so get ready for a lot of exploring when you go outside!
