In Arc Raiders, you’ll take on missions to gather items or fight enemies, but sometimes a quest is simply about bringing people together. If you have the ‘A Symbol of Unification’ quest, you’ll need to find and raise a flag. We can help! Here’s a guide to finding the flag and completing the quest.
Where to find the flag for the A Symbol of Unification quest
The location for the ‘A Symbol of Unification’ quest is usually pretty empty, but the areas you’ll travel through – like the Wreckage and Scrap Yard – can get crowded because people farm mushrooms there. Be prepared for potential encounters. Since you don’t need to extract to finish the quest, consider using a basic loadout – just in case you get into a fight and don’t make it back to Speranza.
To unite the raiders, launch into the Dam Battlegrounds map and make your way to the Formical Outpost, located in the bottom right corner. It’s on top of a hill, so expect a bit of a climb to get there.

Once you arrive at the Formical Outpost, go inside and find a medical bed to your right. Nearby, you’ll find a backpack. Interact with it to get the Raider Flag, which will then be added to your items.

Now that you have the Raider Flag, you’re one step closer to finishing the quest! All that’s left is to put it up in the outpost. Go to the back and find the flagpole outside, then interact with it to raise the flag and complete everything.

Now that you’ve finished ‘A Symbol of Unification,’ you can either finish gathering loot and then leave, or head straight for the nearest extraction point – probably the Red Lakes Balcony lift to the northeast. Just be careful, as players often camp there, waiting for others to try and escape. Luckily, you have that extra gear we found, so you should be prepared!
